Description

Set of three cheese tools: hard cheese knife, soft cheese knife and spoon. Wrought from solid copper bar, it is hammered out, annealed, hammered, annealed…creating beautiful and unique utensils. Through hammering the copper becomes work hardened, allowing it to take an edge, the knife has been sharpened. The spoon bowl is raised over a horn, allowing it to manage jams, dips, and more. The whimsical fork is ideal to handle meat, olives, and more. This set is packed in its own flocked vinyl case.
