We strongly encourage you to add shipping insurance to your shipment. If no insurance is selected, we are not responsible for items if they arrive damaged. If you add insurance to your shipment and your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and all broken pieces. US & International Orders

Returns

Merchandise may be returned in its original condition within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Customers are encouraged to add insurance to the return package. Items damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for refund. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not as described in the order.
